328国道海安县段改扩建工程K24+690~K25+330段长640m范围内与既有和新建的7条铁路交叉,设计方案复杂,施工难度大,为全线的控制性工程。为使工程方案既经济合理又能确保安全,结合在建宁启线复线电气化改造正元港务铁路专用线改建方案,研究了328国道上跨铁路立交、全部下穿铁路立交及下穿宁启线与铁路专用线改建方案平交、原位立交和移位立交等多个设计方案。从工程投资、施工难度及运营安全等多方面综合比选,推荐采用328国道与铁路专用线改建线位移位下穿立交方案。该方案得到了各方的认可。
