比较了6种含有氟及微量元素的防龋制剂对牙釉质脱钙的影响,同时观察了早期龋形成过程中釉质脱钙与时间的关系.选择牛牙84颗,分为7组.实验组分别用含有等量氟离子的氟化锶、氟化亚锡、氟钼酸铵、氟化锌、氟化镧、氟化钠及去离子水处理,所有样本浸泡于乳酸液中形成人工釉质龋.对不同浸泡时间酸液中钙含量的测定表明,各组样本48h以前釉质脱钙量随时间的变化有所不同,48h以后酸液中钙含量趋于恒定.结果:氟化亚锡抑制釉质脱钙的能力最强,氟化钠最弱;酸蚀凝胶法形成人工龋时间约在48h左右;含氟及微量元素的防龋制剂能有效地抑制釉质脱钙,其机理可能是氟与微量元素的协同作用
The effects of six kinds of anti-caries preparations containing fluoride and trace elements on decalcification of enamel were compared.
