随着医疗体制的改革,第三终端销售人员在家族医药企业中的作用日益凸显。以家族企业与人力资源等理论为基础,以L公司为研究对象,总结其在第三终端销售人员管理上的问题,分析这些问题产生的原因,结合已有研究及L公司的实际提出对策建议,期望为家族医药企业第三终端销售人员的管理提供指导。
With the reform of the medical system, the role of the third terminal sales staff in the family medicine business has become increasingly prominent.
