为了研究强夯压实法压实效果及其特性,文章结合达渝高速公路施工进行了填方路堤强夯试验。试验结果表明:填料碾压情况良好情况下,在强夯施工前后填料密实度无明显提高;对于压实情况不好的地基,其夯击后密实度提高水平较大。开始几击的沉降量较大,随着夯击次数的增加,其夯沉量逐渐趋于稳定。采用最小夯击6遍,夯击沉降差小于5cm控制是适合的。对路基土石混合填料,采用强夯处理是可行的,其加固效果也比较均质、粘性土好。强夯后,夯坑的主要变形为垂直变形。夯坑周围的隆起量不大(小于)12cm。在夯击到5~6遍,坑底变形逐渐趋缓,坑周遍隆起量开始增加。
In order to study the compaction effect of dynamic compaction method and its characteristics, this article combined with Da Yu highway construction carried out the dynamic embankment filling test. The test results show that the packing density before and after dynamic compaction has no obvious improvement under the condition of good rolling compaction, and the compactness after compaction is greatly improved for the compacted ground. The initial settlement of a large number of subsidence, with the increase in the number of ramming, the ramming settlement gradually stabilized. Using the smallest ramming 6 times, ramming settlement difference less than 5cm control is suitable. For subgrade and rock mixed filler, the use of dynamic compaction is feasible, the reinforcement effect is more homogeneous, good clay. After dynamic compaction, the main deformation of ramming pit is vertical deformation. Ramming pit around the uplift is not (less than) 12cm. Rammed to 5 to 6 times, the bottom of the pit deformation gradually slow down, the pit began to increase the number of weeks uplift.
