本文简要地介绍了由机械放大、同步感应器、遥控装置、MCS—51单片机等单元所组成的一种新型位移传感器的工作原理、接口电路及程序框图。该传感器具有量程大、测量精度高、绝对误差小、可自动运算等特点,可广泛用于长度、位移及以线度为自变量的多种物理量的测量。
This article briefly introduces the working principle, interface circuit and block diagram of a new type of displacement sensor composed of mechanical amplification, synchronous sensor, remote control device and MCS-51 single-chip microcomputer. The sensor has the advantages of large measuring range, high measuring accuracy, small absolute error and automatic calculation. It can be widely used for measuring various physical quantities such as length, displacement and linearity as independent variables.
