工作的动力之源是执行力。敷衍了事,低效率、积极性、主动性不高等现象却普遍存在于乡镇供电所职工工作中,其根源便是受到了员工素质普遍偏低、制度不健全以及社会的不正之风的影响。由此,提高员工素质、健全体制机制及营造良好氛围成为解决问题的根本。乡镇供电所作为供电事业的前卫队,不仅肩负着政策方针的落地实施,更是企业与客户沟通的重要桥梁。因此,加强其执行力的建设具有十分重要的意义。
