一、前言随着我国机械工业、国防建设的迅猛发展和出口、援外任务的不断增加,因而对防锈材料从数量、品种和质量上的要求,都愈来愈高。但当前我国钢铁制件长期封存的普遍办法是“油封”,实践证明用优越的缓蚀剂制成的防锈油,一般都比较可靠。然而防锈有效期的长短不仅与缓蚀剂的优良程度、涂复工艺有关,而且包装纸、包装盒以及所处的环境条件也有相当重要的作用。 I. Preface With the rapid development of our country’s machinery industry and national defense construction as well as the increasing number of missions for export and foreign aid, the demand for anti-rust materials in terms of quantity, variety and quality are getting higher and higher. However, the common method for long-term storage of China’s steel parts is “oil seal”. Practice has proved that anti-rust oil made with superior corrosion inhibitor is generally reliable. However, the length of rust is not only effective with the corrosion inhibitor of the fine degree, coating process, but also wrapping paper, packaging and environmental conditions also have a very important role.
