按照规划,今年要对占全省人口14％的一类地区的217个乡镇区(省辖市的区)进行普及九年制义务教育验收。这已在绩溪县华阳镇(城关)拉开了序幕。3月初,宣城行署在华阳镇进行了为期3天的验收,结果表明,华阳镇初等教育和初级中等教育学校网点覆盖率、普及程度、任课教师合格率、教育经费投入、办学条件改善等项指标,均已达到省颁的“普九”基本要求,学校坚持以德育为首,全面贯彻国家教育方针,教育教学质量不断提高。因此,宣城行署确认华阳镇基本普及九年制义务教育。
According to the plan, 217 townships and districts (provinces and municipalities) that occupy 14% of the entire province’s population will have nine-year compulsory education acceptance this year. This has already begun in Huayang Town (Shengguan) in Jixi County. At the beginning of March, Xuancheng Administrative Office conducted a three-day acceptance inspection in Huayang Town. The results showed that the coverage, penetration, qualification rate of teachers, investment in education funds, and improvement of schooling conditions in primary education and primary and secondary education schools in Huayang Town All other indicators have reached the basic requirements of the “General 9” issued by the provincial government. The school adheres to the principle of moral education, fully implements the national education policy, and continuously improves the quality of education and teaching. Therefore, Xuancheng Administrative Office confirmed Huayang Town’s basic universal nine-year compulsory education.
