1996年5月底,笔者借全国高等艺术学院文学教学研究会第三次教学研讨会在广西艺术学院召开之机,编制了《高等艺术院校文学教学调查表》分发与会代表,会后又寄发未能到会的同行,试图以调查摸底、量化分析的形式,对现今艺术院校文学教学的情况作一全面的检阅。这一举措,受到同仁的赞许和大力配合,他们对表中所列问题进行了详细、如实的填写,提供了大量的客观材料,通过对调查表的综合分析,再结合会议讨论时的有关话题,本文试对艺术院校文学教学中存在的一些问题作一番探讨,提供一些不成熟的思考。
