目的:研究人工栽培盐生肉苁蓉的化学成分。方法:采用各种色谱技术分离化学成分,根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:分离鉴定出7个化合物:β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅱ)、β-谷甾醇葡萄糖苷-3′-O-十七酸酯(Ⅲ)、8-OH-香叶醇-1-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅳ)、2-羟甲基-5-OH-吡啶(Ⅴ)、甜菜碱(Ⅵ)、半乳糖醇(Ⅶ)。结论:这些化合物均为首次从人工栽培盐生肉苁蓉中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅲ、Ⅳ为首次从本种植物中分离得到,化合物Ⅴ为首次从该属植物中获得。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Cistanche deserticola Methods: The chemical constituents were separated by various chromatographic techniques and their structures were identified based on physico-chemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS: Seven compounds were isolated and identified as β-sitosterol (Ⅰ), daucosterol (Ⅱ), β-sitosterol glucoside-3’-O- -1 -β-D-glucoside (Ⅳ), 2-hydroxymethyl-5-OH-pyridine (Ⅴ), betaine (Ⅵ) and galactitol (Ⅶ). CONCLUSION: These compounds were isolated from cultivated Cistanche tubulosa for the first time. Among them, compounds Ⅲ and Ⅳ were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compound Ⅴ was isolated from this genus for the first time.
