Q铀矿床是一种沉积型铀矿床。矿石在液固比1:1、温度60℃、时间3h、粒度-33目、NaClO_3用量0.3%、浸出剂为硫酸的浸出条件下,所得实验结果表明:含有机质凝灰质砾岩、凝灰质含砾砂岩、泥质粉砂岩在硫酸用量分别为12%、12%、8%时,其铀的浸出率均接近90%;而凝灰岩在相同用酸量(12%)时其浸出率仅为62%。对前三种岩性矿样用提高浸出液剩余酸浓度能降低渣的含铀品位,而对凝灰岩的作用不大。实验证实各种岩性的矿样耗酸矿物主要为方解石、白云石等。凝灰岩中含耗酸矿物较少。
Q uranium deposit is a sedimentary uranium deposit. The results show that the ore contains tuffaceous conglomerate, tuffaceous matter with tuffaceous inclusions in the leaching conditions of liquid to solid ratio of 1: 1, temperature of 60 ℃, time of 3h, particle size of -33 mesh, amount of NaClO 3 0.3% and leaching agent of sulfuric acid The leaching rates of uranium in gravel sandstone and argillaceous siltstone are all close to 90% when the amount of sulfuric acid is 12%, 12% and 8%, respectively. The leaching rate of tuff in the same amount of acid (12%) is only 62% %. For the first three types of lithological ore samples to increase the residual acid concentration of leachate can reduce the uranium grade slag, while the role of tuff little. Experiments confirmed that various types of lithology mineral acid-consuming minerals are mainly calcite, dolomite and so on. Tuff contains less acid minerals.
