胚乳培养是植物组织培养中的一种,由于它的细胞含有三组染色体,既不同于正常的体细胞,又区别于减数分裂后产生的配子体。所以,世界一些植物遗传学者认为,用胚乳培养法能育成生长迅速、品质优良的胚乳新品种。这是植物育种中颇有希望的新途径。有些前人研究过小麦胚乳培养,并已得到愈伤组织,但目前有关这方面的研究还不多。我们在一九八○年的小麦胚乳培养中,得到了愈伤组织45管,分化后得13株绿苗,本文就培养技术做些探讨。
Endosperm culture is a kind of plant tissue culture, because its cells contain three groups of chromosomes, which are different from the normal somatic cells, but also different from the gametophyte produced after meiosis. Therefore, some plant geneticists in the world believe that the endosperm culture method can breed new endosperm varieties with rapid growth and high quality. This is a promising new path in plant breeding. Some previous studies have studied wheat endosperm culture, and have been callus, but so far the research in this area is not much. We in the wheat endosperm culture in 1980, got 45 tubes of callus, after differentiation of 13 green seedlings, this article on the culture technology to do some discussion.
