目的研究扇贝裙边糖胺聚糖(Glycosaminoglycan from Scallop Skirt,SS-GAG)对感染单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型(Herpes simplex virus typeⅠ,HSV-Ⅰ)小鼠的保护作用。方法通过在无菌条件下给予小鼠注射SS-GAG,连续11d,并在给药第三天给小鼠腹腔注射HSV-Ⅰ病毒悬液建立小鼠感染模型,观察SS-GAG对HSV-Ⅰ感染小鼠存活时间及死亡率及体重的影响,并计算其生命延长率。观察SS-GAG对对HSV-Ⅰ感染小鼠脾脏指数、胸腺指数等免疫指标的影响。结果与病毒对照组相比,SS-GAG(10mg·kg-1、20mg·kg-1、40mg·kg-1)能明显延长HSV-Ⅰ感染小鼠的平均存活时间,降低小鼠的死亡率(P<0.01),提高小鼠体重(P<0.01),并且能显著提高HSV-Ⅰ感染小鼠的脾脏指数和胸腺指数(P<0.01)。结论扇贝裙边糖胺聚糖对HSV-Ⅰ感染小鼠有一定的保护作用。其作用值得进一步研究。
Objective To study the protective effect of scallop Skirt (SS-GAG) on mice infected with herpes simplex virus type Ⅰ (HSV-Ⅰ). Methods The mice were inoculated with SS-GAG under aseptic conditions for 11 consecutive days and the mice were injected intraperitoneally with HSV-Ⅰ virus on the third day after administration to establish a mouse model of infection. The effect of SS-GAG on HSV-Ⅰ Infected mice survival time and mortality and weight effects, and calculate the life extension rate. To observe the effect of SS-GAG on immune indexes such as spleen index and thymus index in HSV-Ⅰ infected mice. Results SS-GAG (10 mg · kg-1, 20 mg · kg-1, 40 mg · kg-1) could significantly prolong the mean survival time of HSV-Ⅰ infected mice and reduce the mortality of mice (P <0.01), and increased the body weight of mice (P <0.01), and significantly increased the spleen index and thymus index of HSV-Ⅰ infected mice (P <0.01). Conclusion Scallop skirt glycosaminoglycan has protective effect on HSV-Ⅰ infected mice. Its role deserves further study.
