汽车制动器是关系到行车安全的关键设备,其质量至关重要,而完善的测试体系和测试设备是保证产品质量的前提。文章介绍了汽车制动器惯性试验台系统的总体设计、工作原理和系统实现,其中详细论述了使用USS通信协议对变频器进行控制的方法。
Automobile brakes are the key equipment related to driving safety. The quality of the brakes is of utmost importance. The perfect testing system and testing equipment are the preconditions to ensure the product quality. This paper introduces the overall design, working principle and system realization of the automobile brake inertial test bed system. The method of controlling the frequency converter using the USS communication protocol is discussed in detail.
