一、前言钢包吹氩精炼是一种非常简便而又较为广泛的炉外处理钢液的方法,利用氩气的搅拌作用,促使钢中夹杂物上浮、分离,使钢水成份与温度均匀化,并带走有害气体,从而达到脱气、净化钢液的目的,使钢材的抗蚀性、韧性以及电磁性能等方面得到明显的改善。为了探讨钢包上部吹氩工艺与效果,我们对LD转炉吹炼的硅钢进行了两次实验性的吹氩试验(第一次14炉、第二次7炉),试验结果表明,吹氩处理确实对改善转炉钢的质量有较为明显的效果。
I. INTRODUCTION Ladle blowing argon refining is a very simple and more extensive method for treating molten steel outside the furnace. It uses argon stirring to promote the inclusions in steel to float and separate so as to homogenize the molten steel composition and temperature. Take away the harmful gas, so as to achieve the purpose of degassing and purifying the molten steel, so that the corrosion resistance, the toughness and the electromagnetic properties of the steel are obviously improved. In order to discuss the process and effect of argon blowing on the upper ladle, we conducted two experimental argon blowing experiments (the first 14 furnaces and the second 7 furnaces) on the silicon steel blown by the LD converter. The experimental results show that the argon blowing treatment is indeed To improve the quality of the converter steel has a more significant effect.
