一、前言本文主要讨论从200兆帕到2千兆帕左右的流体高压测量问题。这样的超高压目前正在工业中应用。随着超高压应用范围的扩大,建立更准确可靠的超高压测量技术是十分重要的。超高压测量的成功与否很大程度取决于测量装置的性能,特别是一次信号传感器的性能。在此,我们以应用在高压测量中存在的问题为重点,对压力传感器进行归纳,对其机能和特性加以讨论。
I. INTRODUCTION This paper mainly discusses the measurement of fluid high pressure from about 200 MPa to about 2 GPa. Such ultra-high pressure is currently being applied in the industry. With the expansion of EHV applications, it is very important to establish a more accurate and reliable EHV measurement technology. The success of UHP measurement depends very much on the performance of the measuring device, especially the performance of the primary signal sensor. Here, we focus on the problems that exist in the application of high-pressure measurement, summarize the pressure sensor, and discuss its function and characteristics.
