继电器和接触器是机械工业、电子工业、仪器仪表工业和一切现代化军用和民用工业中普遍采用的电器产品,它们在电路中起接通和切断电流的作用,而执行这种动作的元件就是电接点。电接点经常由于滑动摩损、气体腐蚀、有机污染和电侵蚀等原因而失效。当前提高电接点材料的使用性能已成为延长继电器和接触器工作寿命的主要课题。为此,电接点材料的研究得到国内外的重视。
Relays and contactors are commonly used electrical appliances in the mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and all modern military and civilian industries that function to turn the circuit on and off, and the element that performs this action is the electrical contact. Electrical contacts often fail due to sliding wear, gas corrosion, organic contamination and electrical erosion. The current use of electrical contacts to improve the performance of materials has become the main task of extending the working life of relays and contactors. To this end, the study of electrical contact materials have been valued at home and abroad.
