孙国华,男、汉族,1925年生,河北阳原人。1946年在北平汇文中学毕业后考入朝阳学院司法组学习,1950年入中国人民大学法律系为第一期研究生,1952年研究生毕业后留校任教,现为中国人民大学法律系教授、博士生导师、中国法学会理事、中国法学会法学基础理论研究会副总干事、北京市人大常委会法制建设顾问,并兼任全国法院业余大学、高级法官培训中心、中央政法管理干部学院、北京市政法管理干部学院和中国政法大学等校的兼职教授。 Sun Guohua, male, Han nationality, born in 1925, Hebei Yangyuan people. After graduating from Peking High School in Peiping in 1946, he was admitted to the Judicial Team of Chaoyang Institute. In 1950, he entered the law school of Renmin University of China as the first graduate student. After graduating from the university in 1952, he left for school and is currently a professor of law at Renmin University of China. Director of China Law Society, Deputy Director-General of the Law Basic Theory Research Society of China Law Society, legal consultant of the Beijing Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee, concurrently serving as amateur college of national courts, training center of senior judge, Central Political Science and Law Institute of Administrative Cadres, Beijing Municipal Government Administrative Cadre College and China University of Political Science and Law adjunct professor.
