在合同能源管理项目中,采用变频控制技术对既有建筑的空调水系统进行节能改造,竣工验收阶段需对水系统节能实现的节电率进行测定,并据此确定节能改造后甲乙双方最终可分享的节能效益。因此,合理测定节电率对项目顺利实施起着重要作用。本文将目前工程上普遍应用的2种测定节电率的方法进行了比较,分析选出了较合理的测定方法,并结合实际工程案例说明了节电率测定方法的应用。另外,本文还提出了2种测定方法在工程应用中应注意的问题。
In the contract energy management project, the variable frequency control technology is used to energy-saving the air-condition water system of the existing building. The energy-saving rate of the water system energy saving needs to be measured during the completion and acceptance phase, and finally the final energy- Share the energy efficiency. Therefore, a reasonable measure of saving rate for the smooth implementation of the project plays an important role. In this paper, we compare the two commonly used methods to measure the rate of electricity saving, and select a more reasonable method to determine the rate of saving electricity. In addition, this article also proposed two kinds of determination methods should pay attention to in engineering application.
