以聚碳酸脂为模拟材料,利用光塑性方法分析研究了楔模轧复杂三维变形,直观给出了变形区前沿形状,定量得到了变形体内部应变分布,绘制了揭示金属流动方向的最大剪应变迹线图,并分析了模具参数、变形程度对变形区前沿形状和应变分布的影响。
Using polycarbonate as the simulation material, the complex three-dimensional deformation of the wedge die-rolling was analyzed by using the light-plastic method. The frontal shape of the deformation zone was given visually. The strain distribution inside the deformation body was obtained quantitatively. The maximum shear strain The influence of mold parameters and deformation on the shape and strain distribution of the leading edge of the deformation zone was analyzed.
