目的探讨大鼠真菌性腹腔炎症渗出液上清液对细菌、真菌的杀菌活性,为开发天然抗菌药物提供信息。方法给大鼠腹腔注射活白假丝酵母菌造成腹腔真菌感染模型,观察腹腔炎症渗出液的上清液对真菌(白假丝酵母菌、光滑假丝酵母菌)、细菌(金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌)杀菌作用。结果大鼠腹腔有大量的炎症渗出液;炎症渗出液上清液对真菌和细菌均有强大的杀菌作用,上清液稀释5倍杀菌率仍高达75.38%~99.92%;上清液56℃水浴10min后,其杀菌活性几乎丧失。结论大鼠真菌性腹腔炎症渗出液上清液中存在强的抗菌物质,可能是一种或多种抗菌蛋白/肽。
Objective To investigate the bactericidal activity of fungal peritoneal effusion supernatant on bacteria and fungi, and to provide information for the development of natural antibacterial drugs. Methods The intraperitoneal injection of Candida albicans caused by intraperitoneal injection of Candida albicans resulted in a model of intraperitoneal fungal infection. The supernatant of peritoneal inflammatory exudate was evaluated for fungi (Candida albicans, Candida glabrata), Staphylococcus aureus , E. coli) bactericidal effect. Results The rat peritoneal cavity had a large amount of inflammatory exudate; inflammatory exudate supernatant had a strong bactericidal effect on fungi and bacteria, the supernatant diluted 5 times the bactericidal rate is still as high as 75.38% to 99.92%; supernatant 56 ℃ water bath for 10min, the bactericidal activity is almost lost. Conclusion There is a strong antibacterial substance in the fungal peritoneal effusion supernatant, which may be one or more antimicrobial proteins / peptides.
