本文专门探讨了书目信息概念，其本质属性与社会属性。书目信息是近几十年来发展起来的概念，“ＢｉｂｌｉｏｇｒａｐｈｉｃＩｎｆｏｒｍａｔｉｏｎ”被信息学家们用于发展了许多新兴领域：信息学、数据库业、信息产业等。书目信息是一个基本概念，是社会书目实践活动的基础。书目信息基本职能的阐发，是实现文献信息资源的基本保证。
This article specifically explores the concept of bibliographic information, its essential attributes and social attributes. Bibliographic information is a concept developed in recent decades. “BibliographicInformation” has been used by informants to develop many emerging fields: informatics, database industry, information industry and so on. Bibliographic information is a basic concept and is the foundation of practical activities in social bibliography. The analysis of the basic functions of bibliographic information is the basic guarantee for the realization of the literature information resources.
