本文对稳定窄带介质干涉滤光片的光学性质作了一些工艺研究,用高温烘烤的方法可以提高滤光片的抗潮性能,对几种常用的光学胶的密封性能进行了比较,最后对低熔点玻璃烧结密封滤光片的方法作了介绍。
In this paper, some studies on the optical properties of a stable narrow-band dielectric interference filter are made. The high-temperature baking method can improve the moisture-proof performance of the filter and compare the sealing performance of several commonly used optical adhesives. Finally, Low-melting-point glass sintered sealing filter was introduced.
