目的了解江门市白纹伊蚊对溴氰菊酯的抗性现状,为合理有效地进行蚊虫化学防治提供科学依据。方法采用幼虫浸渍法。结果不同社区白纹伊蚊对溴氰菊酯的抗性表现具有差异,外海社区的半数致死浓度是0.004 5 mg/L,呈敏感性(2>抗性倍数);春晖苑、甘化、礼乐等社区的半数致死浓度分别是0.022 3、0.022 5、0.027 8 mg/L,春晖苑、甘化、礼乐等社区的抗药性水平均呈低抗性(2≤抗性倍数<10)。结论江门市部分社区白纹伊蚊对溴氰菊酯产生低抗性,应注意科学用药以克服或延缓蚊虫抗药性的产生和发展。
