1962年 Arnold 提出用特氟隆甘油糊剂作声带注射治疗声门功能不全获得成功。但特氟隆增加声带体积,因而受到一定限制,故应该考虑更好的替代物。本文作者经过实验提出一种可注射的交链胶原(crosslinked collagen——CLC),它是一种化学上经过改良的牛胶原(Zyderm colla-gen)。用3只狗喉作实验。动物1:目的在于比较 CLC 与特氟隆的注射技术难易及结果。证明前者比后者易于准确控制注射部位和量;6周后组织检查显示特氟隆一侧有明显的异物反应,组织细胞散在于特氟隆颗粒间,后者被多核巨细胞吞噬,周围被致密结缔组织所限局;而 CLC 的胶原结构保持正常,无明显异物反应,周围有毛
In 1962 Arnold proposed the use of Teflon paste as a vocal cords for the treatment of glottis insufficiency success. However, Teflon increases the volume of the vocal cords and, as a result, places some restrictions on them, so better alternatives should be considered. The authors experimentally proposed an injectable crosslinked collagen (CLC), a chemically modified Zyderm colla-gen. Experiment with 3 dogs. Animal 1: The purpose is to compare the ease of injection technique with results of CLC and Teflon. Proved that the former than the latter is easy to accurately control the injection site and quantity; 6 weeks after the tissue examination showed significant side effects of Teflon foreign body reaction, interspersed with tissue cells Teflon particles, the latter by the multinucleated giant cells engulfed around the dense Connective tissue of the Bureau; and CLC collagen structure remained normal, no significant foreign body reaction, hairy around
