本文探讨了用荧光光度法检测二氢奎尼丁的方法及实验条件,在0.05mol/LH2SO4、1%HAC介质中最大激发波长250nm、360nm,最大发射波长444nm,量子产率为0.55(在0.05mol/LH2SO4介质中)、0.54(在1%HAC介质中)。线性范围0·05ng/ml~5.0μg/ml。检出限量为0.01ng/ml。本方法简便、快速、灵敏度高,适用于临床医学监测服药病人血浆及尿液中药含量。
In this paper, the method and experimental conditions for the determination of dihydroquinidine by fluorescence spectrophotometry were investigated. The maximum excitation wavelength was 250nm, 360nm and the maximum emission wavelength was 444nm in 0.05mol / LH 2 SO 4 and 1% HAC media. The quantum yield was 0.55 (In 0.05 mol / LH 2 SO 4 medium), 0.54 (in 1% HAC medium). Linear range of 0.05ng / ml ~ 5.0μg / ml. The detection limit is 0.01ng / ml. The method is simple, rapid and sensitive, and is suitable for clinical medicine monitoring of Chinese medicine content in plasma and urine of patients taking medicine.
