目的:分析透析液镁盐鉴别不呈阳性反应的原因,建立新的鉴别操作方法。方法:采用富集腹膜透析液中Mg2+和稀释氯化镁对照液中Mg2+的方法测定镁盐鉴别反应浓度阈值。用缺失氯化镁的阴性对照实验排除镁盐鉴别反应干扰因素。结果:镁盐鉴别反应的浓度阈值为0.15%(w/w,MgCl2.6H2O),建立了透析液样品镁盐鉴别方法的镁离子富集鉴别法和沉淀富集鉴别法。结论:腹膜透析液等低浓度镁盐医院制剂质量标准的鉴别项目必须制定样品预处理方法。
Objective: To analyze the cause of non-positive reaction of dialysate magnesium salt and to establish a new identification method. Methods: The concentration of Mg2 + in peritoneal dialysate and Mg2 + in dilute magnesium chloride solution were determined to determine the threshold value of discrimination of magnesium salt. Negative magnesium chloride control experiments were excluded magnesium salt identification reaction interference factors. Results: The concentration threshold of magnesium salt discrimination reaction was 0.15% (w / w, MgCl2.6H2O). The magnesium ion enrichment identification method and precipitation enrichment identification method of dialysate magnesium salt sample were established. Conclusion: Perforated dialysate and other low concentrations of magnesium salt hospital preparation quality standards identification project must develop sample pretreatment methods.
