商业企业经营的商品有不少具有较强的时令性,有的在落令之后,甚至毫无销量。这就要求企业既要在商品当令时做足生意,又要测定季节性商品最佳进货量,防止落令后库存积压。如何测定季节性商品最佳进货量呢,笔者认为可以参考下述方法: 一、确定各种季节性商品的适销时间(适销天数)。各种季节性商品都有它特定的适销时间,在适销时间内,还有动销、旺销、尾销等阶段性差别,而且还要按批发和零售企业不同情况来确定。正确确定季节性商品适销时间(天数),是正确测定季节性商品最佳进货量的重要因素。
