一、2005年的北京二手房市场依然持续活跃,交易量将达到65000套-70000套,首次越过50000套大坎。虽然受到2004年政策面以及宏观调控进一步延伸的后续影响,2005年北京二手房交易量的增长速度可能会略微放缓,但仍将继续保持高速增长的态势,总量越过50000套大坎指日可待。二、二手房整体均价呈平稳态势,基本保持在3300元/平方米左右。
