互联网时代,人们生活方式、思想观念和价值取向的巨大变化对传统新闻宣传工作提出了挑战。而热电联产企业多处于城市边缘,发电的同时担负着城市居民采暖供热的重要任务,由于产品性质和地理位置,经常处于媒体和社会各界舆论关注的焦点。本文通过笔者所在热电厂的一些事例,探讨新常态下媒体宣传和舆情应对的特点和做法。
The great changes in the Internet age, people’s life style, ideas and values have posed challenges to the traditional news propaganda work. However, CHP enterprises are mostly located on the edge of the city. While generating electricity, they are also responsible for the heating and heating of city dwellers. Due to the nature of their products and geographical location, they are often the focus of public opinion in the media and the community. In this paper, through some examples of the author’s cogeneration plant, this paper explores the features and approaches of media publicity and public opinions response in the new normal.
