以三丁基氯化锡和氮杂环羧酸盐为原料,合成了5种新型杀菌剂三丁基锡氮杂环羧酸酯(nC4H9)3SnO2CR(R=吡啶基,吲哚烷基),所有产品收率均大于85%。实验确定了较佳反应条件:三丁基氯化锡和氮杂环羧酸盐的摩尔比为11.2,反应时间为5h,反应温度为回流温度。样品经元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱检测与目标化合物一致。对化合物进行了应用试验,结果表明,在质量分数为0.005%时,这些化合物的杀菌活性为88%~100%。
Five novel bactericides, tributyltin azacycloocarboxylate (n-C4H9) 3SnO2CR (R = pyridyl, indolyl) were synthesized from tributyltin chloride and azacyclo carboxylate. All products yield more than 85%. The optimum reaction conditions were determined experimentally: the molar ratio of tributyltin chloride to azacyclo carboxylate was 11.2, the reaction time was 5h, and the reaction temperature was the reflux temperature. Samples were analyzed by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectra were consistent with the target compound. The compound has been applied to the test, the results show that the mass fraction of 0.005%, the bactericidal activity of these compounds was 88% to 100%.
