为提出反映水泥稳定碎石开裂破坏模式的材料组成设计指标,进而完善水泥稳定碎石材料组成设计指标体系,通过振动法确定混合料物理参数并成型试件,对不同水泥剂量和养生龄期试件进行劈裂强度试验。试验表明,混合料最大干密度为2.39~2.47g/cm3,最佳含水量为4.2%~5.4%;劈裂强度随水泥剂量增加而提高,随龄期增长曲线相似。研究建立了可靠的劈裂强度预估模型,并以Ri90/93.7%作为极限劈裂强度Ri!,且由53.7%Ri!确定7d劈裂强度。给出与(100,18)等效作用的基层层底拉应力范围0.325 4~0.332 7 MPa,确定了不同交通等级振动法水泥稳定碎石7d劈裂强度的合理范围。
In order to put forward the design index of material composition reflecting the mode of cracking and failure of cement stabilized macadam, the design index system of cement stabilized macadam material was perfected. The physical parameters of mixture were determined by vibrating method and the specimens were formed. Pieces of splitting strength test. The test shows that the maximum dry density of the mixture is 2.39 ~ 2.47g / cm3, the best moisture content is 4.2% ~ 5.4%. The splitting strength increases with the increase of the cement dosage, and the curve of growth with age is similar. The study establishes a reliable prediction model of splitting strength and uses Ri90 / 93.7% as the limiting splitting strength Ri !, and the splitting strength determined by 53.7% Ri! For 7d. The tensile stress range of base layer at 0.325 4 ~ 0.332 7 MPa which is equivalent to (100,18) is given, and the reasonable range of splitting strength of 7d cement stabilized macadam with different traffic grade vibration method is determined.
