半导体探测器由于具有对核粒子能量分辨率高等优点,自问世以来引起人们的极大重视。目前,大多数使用者对它最感兴趣的也就是其分辨率较好。因此,分辨率是鉴定半导体探测器性能的一个很重要的指标。影响分辨率测量结果的因素主要有三个:放射源本身的能量分散,探测器的分辨率及测量设备的影响。为了更确切地反映出探测器本身的分辨率,就要尽量减小放射源及测量设备的影响。
