目的:探讨孕妇学校在围产期保健中的作用。方法:对孕妇进行多种形式的围产期保健知识宣教。结果:①孕妇宣教前答卷综合正确率由53.43%提高到宣教后94.08%,前后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。②观察组顺产率为67.16%、剖宫产率34.32%与对照组顺产率44.97%、剖宫产率54.42%比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。③观察组4个月以内母乳喂养率95.94%与对照组70.60%比较,具有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:孕妇学校在孕产期保健中起着重要作用。
Objective: To explore the role of pregnant women in perinatal care. Methods: Various forms of perinatal care education for pregnant women were given. Results: (1) The accuracy of questionnaire before pregnant women pre-education increased from 53.43% to 94.08% after the mission, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). ② The observation group was 67.16% with cesarean section rate, 34.32% with cesarean section rate and 44.97% with cesarean section rate and 54.42% with control group (P <0.01). ③ In the observation group, the rate of breastfeeding within 4 months was 95.94% compared with that of the control group (70.60%), with statistical difference (P <0.01). Conclusion: Pregnant women schools play an important role in maternal health care.
