目的探讨老年慢性肺心病患者血小板活化标志物GPⅡb/IIIa、P-selectin的变化及其与PaO2、PaCO2的关系。方法用三色全血流式细胞术测定36例老年慢性肺心病患者外周血中血小板GPⅡb/IIIa、P-selectin的表达水平,检测患者动脉血氧分压、二氧化碳分压,并与28例老年健康对照者及28例非老年健康对照者比较。结果老年慢性肺心病GPⅡb/Ⅲa、P-selectin均明显高于老年健康对照组及非老年健康对照组(均P<0.001),且与动脉血氧分压呈负相关、与动脉血二氧化碳分压呈正相关。老年健康对照组GPⅡb/IIIa、P-selectin阳性表达率亦高于非老年健康对照组(均P<0.05)。结论老年慢性肺心病患者血小板明显活化,其活化程度与PaO2、PaCO2关系密切。
Objective To investigate the changes of platelet activation markers GPⅡb / IIIa and P-selectin in elderly patients with chronic cor pulmonale and its relationship with PaO2 and PaCO2. Methods The levels of platelet GPⅡb / IIIa and P-selectin in peripheral blood of 36 elderly patients with chronic cor pulmonale were measured by tricolor whole blood flow cytometry. The arterial partial pressure of oxygen and partial pressure of carbon dioxide were measured and compared with 28 elderly Healthy controls and 28 non-elderly healthy controls. Results The GPⅡb / Ⅲa and P-selectin in elderly patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease were significantly higher than those in healthy controls and non-elderly healthy controls (all P <0.001), and were negatively correlated with arterial partial pressure of oxygen and with arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide Was positively correlated. The positive expression rates of GPⅡb / IIIa and P-selectin in elderly healthy control group were also higher than those in non-elderly healthy control group (all P <0.05). Conclusion Platelet activation is significantly activated in elderly patients with chronic cor pulmonale, and its activation is closely related to PaO2 and PaCO2.
