采用溶胶-凝胶法在十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)辅助下制备了TiO2光催化剂,以甲基橙为模拟有机污染物对催化剂的光催化脱色性能进行了考察。用BET比表面对所制备的催化剂进行了表征,结果表明当nCTAB∶nTBOT比为1∶4,锻烧温度为450℃时,制备的TiO2为介孔;试验制备的TiO2对甲基橙光催化脱色活性是市售TiO2的2倍。
The TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared by the sol-gel method with the help of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB). The photocatalytic decolorization performance of the catalyst was investigated with methyl orange as a simulated organic pollutant. The prepared catalyst was characterized by BET specific surface. The results showed that TiO2 was mesoporous when nCTAB: nTBOT ratio was 1: 4 and calcination temperature was 450 ℃. Photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange Decolorizing activity is twice that of the commercially available TiO2.
