儿童语义习得理论主要探讨儿童如何把语音和语义联系起来的,儿童赋予某一词的意义与该词成年人赋予的意义有什么不同,儿童如何逐渐获得成人意义的,等等。近年来西方心理语言学界对儿童句法习得研究得比较多,而对儿童语义习得研究得相对说来较少,因此这方面的材料不多见。鉴于此,本文打算在这方面作一点简要介绍。目前西方流行的儿童语义习得理论主要有以下四种: 1.语法关系假设(Grammatical Relations Ilypothesis),代表人物是D.Meneil;
The theory of children’s semantic acquisition mainly explores how children relate phonetics to semantics, what is the meaning given by children to a word, what the adults mean by that word, and how children gradually acquire adult meaning, and so on. In recent years, Western psycholinguistics scholars have studied more on children’s syntactic acquisition, while relatively less on children’s semantic acquisition, so this material is rare.
