为了更好的满足现代化的企业发展需求,人才与科技便成为推进其快速发展的双翼。人才发展战略是提升企业市场竞争力的核心关键性因素,但是就现阶段我国企业的人才资源管理情况而言尚存在的诸多的问题,极大的抑制了企业的发展发扎变革。对此,本文将结合作者多年的工作实践经验,对企业人力资源管理工作中所存在的问题进行综合分析,并对此提出相应的解决对策,以供参考。
In order to better meet the needs of the development of modern enterprises, talents and science and technology have become the wings to promote its rapid development. Talent development strategy is the core of the key factors to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. However, there are still many problems that exist in the management of human resources in our country at present, which greatly inhibits the development of enterprises from happening aggressively. In this regard, this article will be combined with the author’s many years of practical experience in business management of human resources management problems in a comprehensive analysis, and put forward corresponding solutions to this for reference.
