[目的]探讨过氧化氢处理对绿把2号茄子种子萌发的影响。[方法]将供试种子经20%、40%、60%和80%浓度的过氧化氢溶液中分别浸泡2、5和10 min后,进行发芽试验,计算发芽率以及达到最高发芽率所需的时间,比较不同浓度过氧化氢溶液浸种不同时间对绿把2号茄子种子萌发的影响。[结果]低浓度(20%)过氧化氢处理短时间(2和5 min)可以使绿把2号茄子种子萌发提前,并缩短达到最大发芽率的时间。高浓度(60%和80%)过氧化氢处理长时间(10 min)会产生明显药害,延迟萌发,降低发芽率。[结论]该研究为茄子农业生产实践提供参考依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the effect of hydrogen peroxide treatment on germination of green No. 2 eggplant seed. [Method] The soaked seeds were immersed in 20%, 40%, 60% and 80% hydrogen peroxide solution for 2, 5 and 10 min, respectively, then germinated to calculate the germination rate and the required germination rate Of the time, comparing the different concentrations of hydrogen peroxide solution soaking different times on the Green No. 2 eggplant seed germination. [Result] The treatment of low concentration (20%) hydrogen peroxide for a short period of time (2 and 5 min) could advance green germination of No.2 eggplant seed and shorten the time to reach the maximum germination rate. High concentration (60% and 80%) of hydrogen peroxide treatment for a long time (10 min) will have obvious injury, delay germination, reduce germination rate. [Conclusion] The study provided a reference for the practice of eggplant farming.
