《烹饪养营与卫生》是中等职业学校烹饪专业学生的必修程课,也是重要专业基础课。目前中职院校烹饪专业本课程开设课时少,学生基础薄弱,而其理论又比较象抽,学生学习的时候常表现出学习兴趣不高,积极主动性差,为了提高学生的的学习兴趣,更好地培养学生的创新能力,为学生今后综合运用所学知识解决烹饪工作中实际的营养问题、更科学地进行合理膳食奠定基础,所以需要提高烹饪营养与卫生教学。
“Cooking camping and sanitation” is a must-have class for secondary vocational school culinary majors and also an important professional basic course. At present, the curriculum of cooking major in vocational colleges and universities is limited in terms of teaching hours, weak foundation of students and its theory is more like pumping. When students study, they often show low interest in learning and poor initiative. In order to improve students’ interest in learning and more To cultivate students’ ability to innovate well, it is necessary to improve the teaching of nutrition and hygiene for cooking in order to lay the foundation for students to comprehensively apply their knowledge in the future to solve practical nutritional problems in cooking work and to conduct scientific and reasonable meals.
