目的通过对比分析宫颈鳞癌患者鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCC-Ag)和辅助性T细胞(Th)细胞因子的同步水平变化,探讨Th细胞因子对SCC-Ag影响,揭示肿瘤相关抗原SCC-Ag和Th细胞在抗肿瘤免疫应答中的作用和机制。方法对52例不同临床分期的宫颈鳞癌患者采用酶联免疫吸附法检测SCC-Ag水平,应用流式细胞小球微阵列术(CBA)同步检测IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-10、IL-5、IL-4、IL-2水平,采用方差分析、Pearson相关和多元线性回归方法,分析不同临床分期宫颈鳞癌患者SCC-Ag的水平变化,及其每个细胞因子对SCC-Ag的影响。结果 SCC–Ag水平随临床期别升高而增加,SCC–Ag水平低的组别,IL-2、INF-γ对SCC-Ag的影响较大,表现为Thl优势,SCC–Ag水平高的组别,IL-4、IL-10对SCC-Ag的影响较大,表现为Th2优势。结论宫颈鳞癌患者存在随期别不同而变化的SCC-Ag变化和Thl/Th2失衡,因此动态、联合监测和调节SCC-Ag变化及Thl/Th2失衡,在宫颈鳞癌诊断和防治方面提高准确度的同时,更具针对性。
Objective To compare the changes of SCC-Ag and T helper cytokine in patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), and to explore the effect of Th cytokines on SCC-Ag and to reveal the correlation between SCC-Ag And Th cells in anti-tumor immune response in the role and mechanism. Methods Fifty-two patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma of different clinical stages were examined for the level of SCC-Ag by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The levels of IFN-γ, TNF-α and IL-10 were detected simultaneously by flow cytometry (CBA) The levels of IL-5, IL-4 and IL-2 in patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma were analyzed by analysis of variance, Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression. The changes of SCC-Ag in each clinical stage were analyzed. Impact. Results The level of SCC-Ag increased with the increase of clinical stage. The level of SCC-Ag was higher in SCC-Ag group, IL-2 and INF-γ group, which showed Thl superiority and SCC-Ag high level Group, IL-4, IL-10 on SCC-Ag greater impact, the performance of Th2 advantage. CONCLUSIONS: There are different changes of SCC-Ag and Th1 / Th2 imbalance in patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Therefore, dynamic and combined monitoring and regulation of SCC-Ag and Thl / Th2 imbalance improve the accuracy of diagnosis and prevention of cervical squamous cell carcinoma Degree at the same time, more targeted.
