当前,在企业文化建设上存在浅薄化倾向。一是对企业文化理解上的简单化。把企业文化的内涵外延无限扩大,使企业文化演变成一句时髦的口号和一只包罗万象的“筐”,将企业中存在的一切文化、准文化现象或带有文化色彩的活动都冠以“企业文化”。二是企业文化建设内容上的一般化和形式上的雷同化。缺乏个性,不是从本企业本行业特点出发,而是一味地模仿、照搬照套,脱离了企业的历史和现状。三是企业文化建设目标上的模糊化。缺乏明确目标,缺乏对企业内部建设力量的协调配合,使企业文化建设指向不明,既盲目也难以形成合力。四是企业文化建设活动注重表面化。把单纯的文体、娱乐等活动当成重点,忽视了企业精神、价值观、群体意识的培育,对职工的思维方式、行为方式缺乏积极主动的引导。五是广大职工参与不够。存在“口
