在中学班主任工作中,我们面临的一个重要难题就是难以走进学生的内心,实现真正意义上的交流与沟通,听取学生最为真实的内心想法,从而针对性地做好班级管理及学生教育工作。我在长期的中学班主任工作中,积极探究将情感因素融入到工作中,立足于学生的身心发展实际与特点,全面创新班级管理工作,取得了明显成效。
In the work of director of middle school, one of the important problems we face is that it is difficult to walk into the heart of students, to achieve the real exchange and communication, and to listen to the students’ most inner thoughts. This will help to do a good job in class management and student education. In my long-term work in charge of middle school class teacher, I actively explore the emotional factors into the work, based on the actual physical and mental development of students and characteristics, a total innovation of class management, and achieved remarkable results.
