创建学习型组织,建设学习型社会是发展先进文化,提高人的素质,挖掘人力资源潜力,推动社会进步的重要途径。一个企业要在未来的市场竞争中立于不败之地,必须重视学习,只有不断培养职工的创新能力和自我学习能力,才能保证企业持续、快速、健康的发展。创建学习型企业是提升企业学习力和创新力,提高企业核心竞争能力,增强企业职工整体素质的有效载体,也是企业赖以生存和发展的必然选择。为此,企业要结合自身的实际特点来创建学习型企业。
Creating a learning organization and building a learning society are important ways to develop advanced culture, improve people’s quality, tap human resources potential and promote social progress. An enterprise must be invincible in the future market competition and must pay attention to study. Only by constantly cultivating its employees’ innovative ability and self-learning ability can enterprises ensure the sustained, rapid and healthy development of the enterprise.
