进化策略算法是一种模拟自然界生物进化过程的全局优化方法。本文将一种改进的进化策略算法应用于蛋白质三维 HPNX非格模型,较成功地预测了蛋白质序列1RPB、1BPI和1UBQ的折叠趋势,说明了三维HPNX非格模型比简化HP非格模型更能准确地描述蛋白质的折叠情况,同时表明了进化策略算法用于蛋白质结构预测问题是可行的、有效的。
Evolutionary Strategy Algorithm is a global optimization method that simulates the biological evolutionary process in nature. In this paper, an improved evolution strategy algorithm is applied to the protein three-dimensional HPNX non-lattice model, which successfully predicts the folding trend of the protein sequences 1RPB, 1BPI and 1UBQ. It shows that the three-dimensional HPNX non-lattice model is more accurate than the simplified HP non-lattice model It also shows that the algorithm of evolutionary strategy is feasible and effective for the prediction of protein structure.
