水杉异砧嫁接后的C／N及GA_3、玉米素（ZT）、ABA含量有一定程度的提高，6月中旬花芽开始分化前后的C／N和GA_3提高幅度尤为显著。在5～8月，IAA下降或保持较低含量，此后有一定幅度的回升。
The C / N, GA3, ZT and ABA contents of Metasequoia glyptostroboides increased to a certain extent after the grafting of Metasequoia glyptostroboides. The increase of C / N and GA3 before and after the initiation of flower bud differentiation in mid-June was particularly significant. From May to August, the IAA decreased or remained at a low level, after which it recovered to a certain extent.
