滑模施工设计中合理的选用支承杆的承载能力,是一项主要的设计内容。如对各类荷载因素估计不足,支承杆承载力选用偏大,必使支承杆过载,引起支承杆弯曲,建筑物垂直偏差度增大,加剧滑模平台提升高差,直接影响滑模施工质量,反之,支承杆承载力选用偏低,增加了不必要的支承杆,形成千斤顶提升架布置密集,不但增加了设备费用,而且给滑模施工的各道工序带来操
The rational selection of the bearing capacity of the support rod in the slipform construction design is a major design content. If the various load factors are underestimated, the bearing capacity of the support rod is too large, the support rod will be overloaded, the support rod will be bent, the vertical deviation of the building will increase, and the height difference of the sliding platform will be exacerbated, directly affecting the quality of the sliding mode construction. On the contrary, the supporting capacity of support rods is selected to be low, unnecessary support rods are added, and the arrangement of jack lifting racks is dense.
