This tomb has an arched ceiling and a“凸”-shaped plan, consists of a passage and a single chamber, and measures 4.88m in length, 1.85m in width and 2.28m in height. Some bricks unearthed bear inscriptions, such as“Wu Lü武吕，”“Da Fang大方”“Zhong中” and“Ji吉” The coffin and corpus have rotten away. The grave goods include mainly celadon, and also pottery and bronzes. Thetwo-and seven-cup porcelain saucers and the pottery implements of production made especially for funeral use are characteristic objects, unrecorded in the Tang tombs excavated so far in other areas of Fujian.Judging from the tomb shape and the unearthed objects, the tomb can be dated to the early through full Tang period.
