金属刷镀可用于机械零件局部表面的强化和磨损后的修复,对于卷扬机轴、球磨机轴、发电机、电动机等大型而笨重的部件可在现场作不拆卸修复。过去的刷镀大都为有色金属、贵金属及其合金镀层,其价格较高。目前我们采用铁及其合金的刷镀工艺,镀层质量较好,成本低廉,原料充足,经济效益较高,应用广泛。刷镀工艺在许多质量控制和可靠性要求严格的方面都可应用,如:飞机、舰船、机械工业、印刷电路等等。因此,必须对刷镀镀层的结合强度、硬度及金相组织等性能进行严密检查。目前,国内外对这方面的研究较少,我们仅对Fe-Co及Fe-Ni-Co刷镀层的上述性能作了如下测试和探讨。
Metallic brush plating can be used for the strengthening and wear repair of the local surface of mechanical parts. The large and bulky parts such as winch shafts, ball mill shafts, generators and motors can be repaired in the field without disassembly. Most of the past brush plating non-ferrous metals, precious metals and their alloy coating, the higher the price. At present, we use iron and its alloy brush plating process, coating quality is better, low cost, adequate raw materials, high economic benefits, widely used. Brush plating processes are used in many aspects of quality control and reliability such as aircraft, ships, machinery, printed circuits and more. Therefore, it is necessary to brush plating coating bonding strength, hardness and microstructure and other properties were closely examined. At present, there are few researches in this field both at home and abroad. We only test and discuss the above properties of the Fe-Co and Fe-Ni-Co brushes.
