机床油杯所用的润滑油,一般是操作者用油壶到油桶去取。这样,对设备每班消耗量无法逐台考核,另外各油桶的润滑油质量也难以保证。本人设计的润滑油定量发放装置(图1)基本可以解决以上问题。该装置的工作原理如图2所示。WK_1、WK_2、WK_3、分别为三只微动开关。WK_1为油牌投放杠杆(图1b)的微动开关(图1c),WK_2为放油龙头微动开关,此开关在拉动手柄14前(放油之前),在弹簧23作用下为闭合的。WK_3为定量控制杠杆29微动开关。合上开关ZK后,当油牌22投牌窗16投下,靠油牌的重量撞击杠杆20转动,碰WK_119触
